Stuart Bradie headshot

Stuart J. B. Bradie

President & Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Bradie serves as KBR’s President and Chief Executive Officer. He assumed this role when he joined KBR on June 2, 2014. Mr. Bradie also serves as an executive member of KBR’s Board of Directors; he was appointed on July 2, 2014. With over 30 years of industry experience, Mr. Bradie leads KBR from its global headquarters in Houston, Texas, and UK office in Leatherhead.

Mr. Bradie joined KBR from WorleyParsons Ltd., where he held the position of Group Managing Director – Operations and Delivery. In that role, he led the group's global operations across more than 40 countries in the hydrocarbons, mining, chemicals, power and infrastructure sectors. Mr. Bradie joined WorleyParsons in 2001 and was previously Managing Director across Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East. Prior to joining WorleyParsons, Mr. Bradie held Managing Director and Country Manager roles with PT Kvaerner Indonesia and Kvaerner Philippines.

Mr. Bradie has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Aberdeen University and a Master of Business Administration from the Edinburgh Business School, Heriot Watt University.

In May 2023, Mr. Bradie joined the board of Rolls-Royce Holdings plc and serves as a member of the Nominations, Culture & Governance Committee and Safety, Energy Transition & Tech Committee.

Byron Bright

Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Bright has served as KBR’s Chief Operating Officer (COO) since May 2025. As COO, he leads KBR’s two operating business segments: Mission Technology Solutions and Sustainable Technology Solutions. Immediately prior to his current position, Mr. Bright served as KBR’s President, Mission Technology Solutions (previously Government Solutions) since June 2020. Before that role, Mr. Bright led the U.S. division of Government Solutions, a position he was promoted to in May 2017.

Mr. Bright joined KBR in June 2010 and has served in multiple roles, including President, Government Solutions U.S. and Vice President of Business Development and Senior Vice President of Operations for U.S. Government Services. Prior to joining KBR, Mr. Bright supported the government services business at Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. He also previously served as an officer in the U.S. Air Force primarily working in the Developmental Test and Engineering career field supporting weapons development and rotary wing aircraft flight testing.

Mr. Bright is a distinguished graduate from the U.S. Air Force Academy with a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Mechanics. He holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology. Mr. Bright also graduated from the U.S. Air Force Test Pilot School and has flown in over 25 different aircraft as a Flight Test Engineer.

Greg Conlon headshot

Greg Conlon

Chief Digital & Development Officer

Mr. Conlon serves as KBR’s Chief Digital & Development Officer. He assumed this role in January 2019 and is responsible for KBR’s digital strategy and implementation effort. Prior to his current role, Mr. Conlon served as KBR’s Executive Vice President and Chief Development Officer and was responsible for KBR’s Strategy, Global Business Development, Marketing, Consulting, and Mergers and Acquisitions divisions. Previously, Mr. Conlon served as KBR’s President, Asia-Pacific (APAC) and was responsible for Engineering and Construction (E&C) and Government Services in that region.

Mr. Conlon joined KBR in May 2016. Mr. Conlon’s broad background in global contracting and sales, coupled with his experience managing businesses in the APAC region, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the United States of America, bring additional perspective to his role as Chief Digital and Development Officer. Prior to joining KBR, Mr. Conlon served as Executive Vice President leading business development globally for the WorleyParsons Services business line. Mr. Conlon has over 25 years of experience in the E&C business, with global experience across a range of subsectors from hydrocarbons to specialist infrastructure. He progressed from engineering project management and engineering design to operational management in Asia, Europe, and North America.

Mr. Conlon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.

Sonia Galindo headshot

Sonia Galindo

General Counsel

Ms. Galindo serves as KBR’s Executive Vice President and General Counsel. She assumed this role when she joined KBR in November 2021.

Ms. Galindo joined KBR from FLIR Systems, Inc. (now, Teledyne F LLC, a subsidiary of Teledyne Technologies), a global technology company with applications in government and defense, industrial, and commercial markets, where she served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary, and Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer. Prior to FLIR, she served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Rosetta Stone Inc., an education technology software company. Ms. Galindo has also held roles of increasing responsibility in the public and private sector including at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Keurig Green Mountain, Inc., and McCormick & Company, Inc.

Ms. Galindo earned a Juris Doctorate from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, formerly John Marshall Law School, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hood College for Women.

Doug Hill

Doug Hill

President, Readiness and Sustainment

Mr. Hill has served as KBR’s President, Readiness and Sustainment since May 2025. In this role, he oversees a global portfolio of national defense projects and commercial programs that provide world-class supply chain solutions under KBR’s Mission Technology Solutions business segment. This role also includes oversight of the HomeSafe Alliance Joint Venture. Mr. Hill joined KBR in January 2017 and has served in multiple executive level operational leadership positions within the Readiness and Sustainment business unit.

Prior to joining KBR, Mr. Hill supported the government services business at Honeywell’s Aerospace and Defense business unit serving in multiple operational program management and functional leadership roles within finance and business development. Earlier in his career, Mr. Hill worked for Honeywell as a business analyst in the Middle East supporting Desert Storm operations and foreign military sales.

Mr. Hill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Towson University.

Jay Ibrahim headshot

Jay Ibrahim

President, Sustainable Technology Solutions

Mr. Ibrahim joined KBR in May 2015. He has served as KBR’s President, Sustainable Technology Solutions since June 2020. Prior to this role, Mr. Ibrahim led the global Services division of KBR’s former Energy Solutions business segment.

Previously, Mr. Ibrahim served as KBR’s President – Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), and before that as KBR’s President – Engineering and Construction (E&C), EMEA. Mr. Ibrahim has over 30 years of E&C and government services experience in both domestic and international markets, having served in a variety of engineering, project management, business development and business management roles for KBR and Parsons E&C/WorleyParsons. Mr. Ibrahim is skilled in complex contract negotiations, business analysis and management, as well as long-range strategic planning in international markets across multiple business sectors. He also brings a wealth of experience in developing customer relationships, with a focus on profitable business and achieving corporate goals.

Mr. Ibrahim holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Wichita State University and a Diploma in Advanced Management from Harvard University.

Mark Kavanaugh

Mark Kavanaugh

President, Defense, Intel and Space

Mr. Kavanaugh has served as KBR’s President, Defense, Intel and Space since May 2025. In this role, he oversees KBR’s Science and Space (S&S), National Security Solutions (NSS) and Defense and Technology Solutions (DTS) portfolios under the Mission Technology Solutions business segment. Immediately prior to his current position, Mr. Kavanaugh served as KBR’s Senior Vice President, DTS. Before that, he served as vice president of the Acquisition Engineering division of KBR’s Engineering Group. Mr. Kavanaugh joined KBR in December 2016.

Prior to joining KBR, Mr. Kavanaugh was the director of combat and expeditionary programs of the BAE Systems Warfare Business Group. He previously served as a senior associate for Booz Allen Hamilton where he led that firm’s Navy and USMC Counter Improvised Explosive Ordnance (CIED) program and business development. Mr. Kavanaugh completed a career in the U.S. Navy where he had numerous assignments including Naval Sea Systems Command major program manager and Explosive Ordnance Disposal officer. In addition, he received the Department of Navy Packard Award for Acquisition Excellence while leading the Joint Electronic Warfare Counter IED Program.

Mr. Kavanaugh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He also is a distinguished graduate from the National Defense University with a Master of Science degree in National Resource Strategy. Mr. Kavanaugh is a Certified Level III DAWIA Program Manager and graduate of KBR’s Global Leadership Development Program.

Jenni Myles headshot

Jenni Myles

Chief People Officer

Ms. Myles serves as KBR’s Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer. She joined KBR in May 2020.

Ms. Myles brings over 30 years of human resources experience to KBR. She is a trusted leader with a reputation for delivering sustainable business results. Ms. Myles held numerous positions of increasing responsibility during her 20-year tenure with G4S, the world's leading integrated security company. She last served as Group HR Director and was a core member of the Group Executive Committee, sharing responsibility for overall business transformation and strategy delivery while establishing a global human resources strategy. This followed several successful years as Chief HR Officer, Americas Region where Ms. Myles directed the people strategy for 135,000 employees in 25 countries. Prior to that role she was G4S's Director of HR & Employee Engagement where she helped shape the global human resources agenda and led execution in emerging markets, while acting as global lead for employee engagement and addressing international labor relations risks. Before her career at G4S, Ms. Myles worked for KPMG, Northern Foods, and Ford Motor Company in various employee relations and human resources management roles.

Ms. Myles holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degree from the University of Glasgow and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.

Mark Sopp headshot

Mark Sopp

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Sopp serves as KBR’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He assumed this role when he joined KBR in February 2017.

Mr. Sopp brings many years of financial leadership experience to KBR. From 2005 to 2015, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President for Leidos Holdings, Inc., previously called Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), which is one of the largest publicly traded government contractors in the U.S., and also has significant technically focused commercial professional services operations, including serving energy markets. Previously, Mr. Sopp served in various executive positions with Titan Corporation, also involved in government contracting and commercial business areas.

Mr. Sopp earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from New Mexico State University and completed the executive program from the Anderson School at UCLA.
