All In is an employee-led volunteer community whose mission is to bring the KBR employee value proposition to life locally, creating an environment where everyone has equal opportunities to belong, connect and grow.
Members work together through local chapters to create opportunities for active engagement and outreach both internally and in our communities.
All In encompasses KBR’s early career professionals (IMPACT) and employee well-being (OKNoW) employee resource groups.

KBR's network for early career professionals consists of chapters around the globe that serve as the launching point for developing the next leaders of KBR through professional development, networking, community outreach, and career and personal enrichment.
OK NoW (Network of Wellbeing)
OK NoW is committed to fostering a safe, positive culture that supports employee well-being holistically, including emotional, physical, social, workplace and societal well-being. OK NoW ensures that every individual is treated with respect and feels safe accessing well-being resources both inside and outside of KBR.
