HOUSTON, October 21, 2026 – KBR’s (NYSE: KBR) 20th annual Charity Golf Tournament raised more than $1.2 million for nonprofit organizations, marking another milestone in one of the company’s longest-running and most impactful community initiatives.
Held on October 19 at The Clubs of Kingwood, the tournament brought together more than 400 golfers, sponsors, volunteers, and community partners around a shared commitment to giving back. The money raised through this year's tournament will support organizations focused on health, education, military and veteran services, environmental stewardship, youth development and community well-being.
"KBR's Charity Golf Tournament is one of the most meaningful traditions within KBR because it reflects the generosity and purpose-driven culture of our people and partners," said John Thomson, KBR Chief Information Officer and executive sponsor of the tournament. "For 20 years, this event has demonstrated what can happen when people come together around a shared commitment to giving back. The lasting legacy of this tournament is measured not only by the funds raised, but by the positive impact it has helped create in communities and organizations that have benefited from its support."
Since the tournament began in 2007, it has raised more than $14.4 million for charitable organizations. Organized by IMPACT, KBR's early career professionals’ network, began as a local fundraising effort and has grown into one of KBR's signature philanthropic events, supporting causes that reflect our values and commitment to strengthening communities.
