GSA’s One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) is a multiple award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract that provides flexible and innovative solutions for complex professional services. OASIS spans many areas of expertise and mission spaces; spans multiple professional service disciplines; allows flexibility for all contract types, including hybrids and cost-reimbursement, at the task order level; and allows ancillary support components, commonly referred to as Other Direct Costs (ODC), at the task order level.
The company was awarded six of the seven OASIS “Pools” (Pools 1, 3, 4, 5A, 5B, and 6). The Pools are based on NAICS codes. The Ordering Contracting Officer will select the appropriate Pool based on the scope of work for the task order.

The contracts have a five-year base period, and a five-year option period. Ordered activities can extend five years beyond the option period as long as the order is placed during the option period. The contract period of performance began on September 3, 2014.

- OASIS offers an Innovative tiered access fee, ranging from 0.1 percent – 0.75 percent based on obligation level
- Allows all contract types, including hybrids of more than one type:
- Firm Fixed Price (FFP, FPIF, FPAF)
- Cost Reimbursable (CPFF, CPIF, CPAF)
- Time & Material (T&M)/Labor Hour (LH)
- No limits on contract or task order ceiling values
- Available for use by all Federal government agencies worldwide
- Task order can be issued through GSA Assisted Acquisition Services or directly through a warranted Ordering Contracting Officer with a Delegation of Procurement Authority as a direct order/direct bill
- Ability to procure ODCs such as equipment and supplies
- Supports all facility clearance levels
- Supports OCONUS requirements
- Allows access to small businesses on a task order basis
- 104 standardized labor categories defined; Ordering Contracting Officers may allow other labor categories
- Ceiling labor rates are established for sole source T&M/LH task orders only
