Program Description
Structured as a multiple-award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity vehicle, Alliant 3 enables federal agencies to quickly acquire complex, enterprise-wide IT solutions quickly, securely, and at scale. Alliant 3 builds on the proven legacy of the Alliant and Alliant 2 contracts by modernizing acquisition strategy, strengthening competition, and aligning federal IT procurement with current administration priorities focused on efficiency, accountability, and measurable mission outcomes.
Alliant 3 is structured to support the full lifecycle of IT services across civilian and defense agencies, by offering a pre-competed, rigorously vetted pool of highly qualified industry partners. Alliant 3 is a cornerstone of GSA’s IT acquisition strategy and a critical tool for enabling agencies to modernize systems, strengthen cybersecurity, and deliver results to the American public.

Scope of Services
The Alliant 3 GWAC provides Federal Government agencies with integrated IT services based solutions for current and evolving needs on a global basis. The Alliant 3 scope includes any and all components of an integrated IT services-based solution, including all current leading-edge technologies and any new technologies, which may emerge during the Period of Performance. All IT development methodologies, including Agile, are supported. The scope also includes IT services-based support of National Security Systems, as defined in FAR 39.002. Alliant 3 provides IT solutions through performance of a broad range of services, which may include the integration of various technologies critical to the services being acquired. The Alliant 3 scope also includes Ancillary Services, as required, to successfully achieve the agency’s mission.
