Stuart Bradie
Stuart J. B. Bradie

President & Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Bradie serves as KBR’s President and Chief Executive Officer. He assumed this role when he joined KBR on June 2, 2014. Mr. Bradie also serves as an executive member of KBR’s Board of Directors; he was appointed on July 2, 2014. With over 30 years of industry experience, Mr. Bradie leads KBR from its global headquarters in Houston, Texas and UK office in Leatherhead.

Mr. Bradie joined KBR from WorleyParsons Ltd., where he held the position of Group Managing Director – Operations and Delivery. In that role, he led the group's global operations across more than 40 countries in the hydrocarbons, mining, chemicals, power and infrastructure sectors. Mr. Bradie joined WorleyParsons in 2001 and was previously Managing Director across Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East. Prior to joining WorleyParsons, Mr. Bradie held Managing Director and Country Manager roles with PT Kvaerner Indonesia and Kvaerner Philippines.

Mr. Bradie has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Aberdeen University and a Master of Business Administration from the Edinburgh Business School, Heriot Watt University.

Mark Sopp
Mark Sopp

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Sopp serves as KBR’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He assumed this role when he joined KBR in February 2017.

Mr. Sopp brings many years of financial leadership experience to KBR. From 2005 to 2015, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President for Leidos Holdings, Inc., previously called Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), which is one of the largest publicly traded government contractors in the U.S., and also has significant technically focused commercial professional services operations, including serving energy markets. Previously, Mr. Sopp served in various executive positions with Titan Corporation, also involved in government contracting and commercial business areas.

Mr. Sopp earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from New Mexico State University and completed the executive program from the Anderson School at UCLA.

Sonia Galindo
Sonia Galindo

General Counsel

Ms. Galindo serves as KBR’s Executive Vice President and General Counsel. She assumed this role when she joined KBR in November 2021.

Ms. Galindo joined KBR from FLIR Systems, Inc. (now, Teledyne F LLC, a subsidiary of Teledyne Technologies), a global technology company with applications in government and defense, industrial, and commercial markets, where she served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary, and Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer. Prior to FLIR, she served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Rosetta Stone Inc., an education technology software company. Ms. Galindo has also held roles of increasing responsibility in the public and private sector including at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Keurig Green Mountain, Inc., and McCormick & Company, Inc.

Ms. Galindo earned a Juris Doctorate from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, formerly John Marshall Law School, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hood College for Women.

Jenni Myles
Jenni Myles

Chief People Officer

Ms. Myles serves as KBR’s Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer. She joined KBR in May 2020.

Ms. Myles brings over 30 years of human resources experience to KBR. She is a trusted leader with a reputation for delivering sustainable business results. Ms. Myles held numerous positions of increasing responsibility during her 20-year tenure with G4S, the world's leading integrated security company. She last served as Group HR Director and was a core member of the Group Executive Committee, sharing responsibility for overall business transformation and strategy delivery while establishing a global human resources strategy. This followed several successful years as Chief HR Officer, Americas Region where Ms. Myles directed the people strategy for 135,000 employees in 25 countries. Prior to that role she was G4S's Director of HR & Employee Engagement where she helped shape the global human resources agenda and led execution in emerging markets, while acting as global lead for employee engagement and addressing international labor relations risks. Before her career at G4S, Ms. Myles worked for KPMG, Northern Foods, and Ford Motor Company in various employee relations and human resources management roles.

Ms. Myles holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degree from the University of Glasgow and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.

Andrew Barrie
Andrew Barrie

President, Government Solutions – EMEA

Mr. Barrie serves as KBR’s President, Government Solutions – Europe, Middle East and Africa. He was promoted to this role in May 2019. Mr. Barrie also serves on the boards of directors of Aspire Defence Limited and Affinity Flying Training Services Limited, two of KBR’s joint venture companies.

Mr. Barrie joined KBR in 1990 and has served in multiple roles including Senior Vice President Business Acquisition and Vice President Commercial. He brings over 30 years’ experience in business development, commercial management and leadership across the government, infrastructure and energy markets.

Mr. Barrie holds a Bachelor of Business degree from Kingston University London and a Diploma in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors.

Byron Bright
Byron Bright

President, Government Solutions

Mr. Bright serves as KBR’s President, Government Solutions. He assumed this role in June 2020 as KBR transitioned its business to a two-segment model featuring Government Solutions and Technology Solutions. Prior to this role, Mr. Bright led the U.S. division of Government Solutions, a position he was promoted to in May 2017.

Mr. Bright joined KBR in June 2010 and has served in multiple roles, including Vice President of Business Development and Senior Vice President of Operations for U.S. Government Services. Prior to joining KBR, Mr. Bright supported the government services business at Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. and served as an officer in the U.S. Air Force primarily working in the Developmental Test and Engineering career field supporting weapons development and rotary wing aircraft flight testing.

Mr. Bright is a distinguished graduate from the U.S. Air Force Academy with a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Mechanics. He holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology. Mr. Bright also graduated from the U.S. Air Force Test Pilot School and has flown in over 25 different aircraft as a Flight Test Engineer.

Greg Conlon
Greg S. Conlon

Chief Digital & Development Officer

Greg S. Conlon is responsible for KBR’s digital strategy and implementation effort. Mr. Conlon joined KBR in May 2016.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Conlon served as KBR’s Executive Vice President and Chief Development Officer and was responsible for KBR’s Strategy, Global Business Development, Marketing, Consulting, and Mergers and Acquisitions divisions. Previously, Mr. Conlon served as KBR’s President, Asia-Pacific (APAC) and was responsible for Engineering and Construction (E&C) and Government Services (GS) in that region. Mr. Conlon’s broad background in global contracting and sales, coupled with his experience managing businesses in the APAC region, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the United States of America, bring additional perspective to his role as Chief Digital and Development Officer. Mr. Conlon has over 25 years of experience in the E&C business, with global experience across a range of subsectors from hydrocarbons to specialist infrastructure. He progressed from engineering project management and engineering design to operational management in Asia, Europe and North America. Mr. Conlon holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.

Pete Green
Pete Green

Senior Vice President, Government Solutions U.S. – Defense & Intel Solutions

Mr. Green serves as KBR’s Senior Vice President, Government Solutions U.S. – Defense & Intel Solutions. He assumed this role in July 2017 and is responsible for the business line providing full spectrum engineering and technical solutions across the lifecycle of U.S. Department of Defense military systems on land, at sea, in the air, and in space. Mr. Green leads a 3,400-member team providing cutting-edge expertise in military aviation modernization, missile defense and cybersecurity.

Drawing upon 35 years of experience with KBR and its heritage companies, Mr. Green has senior leadership expertise across general operations, strategic planning and business development. Throughout his career, he has served in a broad array of roles including chief pilot, systems engineer and program manager. For more than 15 years, Mr. Green served as a contract test pilot supporting the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division.

Mr. Green is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics. He also earned a Master of Science degree in Systems Management from the University of Southern California and holds an executive management certification from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia. Mr. Green serves on the board of directors of the National Defense Industrial Association.

Jay Ibrahim
Jay Ibrahim

President, Sustainable Technology Solutions

Mr. Ibrahim serves as KBR’s President, Sustainable Technology Solutions. He assumed this role in June 2020 as KBR transitioned its business to a two-segment model featuring Government Solutions and Technology Solutions. Prior to this role, Mr. Ibrahim led the global Services division of KBR’s former Energy Solutions business segment. He joined KBR in May 2015.

Previously, Mr. Ibrahim served as KBR’s President – Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), and prior to that role he served as KBR’s President – Engineering and Construction (E&C), EMEA. Mr. Ibrahim has over 22 years of experience in the Middle East Region, serving in a variety of engineering, project management, business development and business management roles for Parsons E&C/WorleyParsons. Mr. Ibrahim has a wealth of experience in complex contract negotiations, business analysis and management, and long-range strategic planning in international markets across multiple business sectors. He has a background in developing customer relationships, with a focus on profitable business and achieving corporate goals.

Mr. Ibrahim holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Wichita State University and a Diploma in Advanced Management from Harvard University.

Doug Kelly
Doug Kelly

President, Technology

Mr. Kelly serves as KBR’s President, Technology. He assumed this role in September 2019 and is responsible for KBR’s global technology licensing business, delivering technology, proprietary equipment, engineering and technical services to the refining, petrochemical, coal monetization and synthesis gas segments. He joined KBR in 2010.

Mr. Kelly previously served as Senior Vice President for Business Development and Marketing for KBR’s Technology Business and prior to that led KBR’s Refining Technology business.

Mr. Kelly has over 34 years of experience in the Refining and Petrochemical Industry. He started his career as a process engineer at Shell Oil Company in Houston. Since then he has held various leadership positions including Chief Operating Officer at ZEEP, Vice President at Invensys (now AVEVA) and Vice President at Aspen Technology.

Mr. Kelly has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and is a Licensed Professional Engineer registered in Texas.

Todd May
Todd May

Senior Vice President, Government Solutions U.S. – Science & Space Solutions

Mr. May serves as KBR’s Senior Vice President, Government Solutions U.S. – Science & Space Solutions. He assumed this role when he joined KBR in July 2018. Mr. May is responsible for the business line providing solutions for astronaut training and health, mission and satellite operations, human spaceflight ground control, extravehicular activity support, and key ground systems support and mission operations for U.S. Department of Defense and civilian customers. Culminating a 28-year career, Mr. May retired from NASA as the director of NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center. In this role, he led one of NASA’s largest field installations, with approximately 6,000 civil service and contractor employees, an annual budget of more than $3 billion and a broad spectrum of human spaceflight, science and technology development missions.

Throughout his distinguished career at NASA, Mr. May held numerous program management and leadership positions including, program manager of the Space Launch System, deputy associate administrator in the Science Mission Directorate at NASA headquarters, program manager of the Discovery and New Frontiers robotic exploration programs, and program manager of the Lunar Precursor Robotics Program.

A native of Fairhope, Alabama, Mr. May holds a Bachelor of Materials Engineering degree from Auburn University. His accolades include NASA’s Exceptional Achievement Medal, Outstanding Leadership Medal, Distinguished Service Medal and the Presidential Rank Award of Meritorious Executive. Mr. May also serves on the board of directors of the American Astronautical Society and the boards of the Huntsville Chamber of Commerce and Arts Huntsville.

Ella Studer
Ella Studer

Senior Vice President, Government Solutions U.S. – Readiness & Sustainment Solutions

Ms. Studer serves as KBR’s Senior Vice President, Government Solutions U.S. – Readiness & Sustainment Solutions. She assumed this role in July 2017 and is responsible for the business unit delivering technical, professional solutions across multiple customers within the Department of Defense and commercial entities throughout the lifecycle of critical facilities and equipment with diverse and recurring funding streams 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. KBR’s Logistics Business Unit boosts annual revenues greater than $1 billion. This portfolio includes base support, infrastructure and engineering services, maintenance of prepositioned stocks with equipment and materiel on land and afloat, as well as contingency response operations.

Before joining KBR, Ms. Studer retired from the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) after 26 years of service, where she was the senior executive leading DLA Enterprise Support and managing critical infrastructure with a $1 billion annual budget.

Ms. Studer is also a proud veteran and served as an aerospace ground equipment technician in the U.S. Air Force and the Ohio Air National Guard. She received her Master of Science degree in National Resource Strategy from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces, National Defense University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Malone College.

Ms. Studer is passionate about supporting local communities, and when she is not leading KBR’s Logistics Business Unit, she serves as the First Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees of the American University of Afghanistan.
