KBR, in partnership with South Australian engineering consultancy, WGA, is providing structural and civil design support for the landmark New Women’s and Children’s Hospital (New WCH) Project in Adelaide.  

The New WCH Project builds on KBR’s extensive portfolio of public sector and health-related infrastructure in South Australia, including the Royal Adelaide Hospital, Flinders University Health and Medical Research Building, and UniSA Health Innovation Building.  

KBR is proud to be supporting the Project which has commenced major construction, with piling now underway for the main clinical building.  

Located within Adelaide’s BioMed City precinct, this project continues KBR’s long-standing role in delivering transformative public infrastructure across the state.   

KBR and WGA are working alongside the architectural consortium and building engineering services consortium to deliver expertise for the Project, which includes the design of the main clinical building, central energy plant and associated precinct works.
