As a cost control specialist, she is responsible for the financial well-being of various contract types and sizes. She analyzes current and forecast cost trends to provide guidance that helps maximize revenue and profit. She attributes her success to a work culture that maximizes employee potential.
That’s not the only aspect of KBR’s culture that’s made an impact on her life. The company’s commitment to Zero Harm has changed the way Brianna thinks about safety and sustainability.
“Zero Harm Moments at the beginnings of meetings have gone a long way to making me more aware of my surroundings regardless of where I am,” she said. “And our sustainability focus has helped me to create a recycling routine that I observe in the office and at home.”
Outside of work, Brianna likes to be outdoors with her dog.
