KBR's Leatherhead, UK Data Center is an environmentally friendly Data Center that runs on an energy efficient cooling system and is monitored 24 hours a day. This new system will provide significant long-term operational cost savings and reduce their carbon footprint.
KBR has formed a new joint venture, SK-KBR Technologies Pte. Ltd. (SK-KBR), with Korean-based SK Energy. The joint venture, SK-KBR, is granted exclusive world-wide rights to market and license SK Energy's petrochemical and related process technologies on a global scale.
Since 1976, KBR has designed and constructed more than 40% of the worlds operating liquefied natural gas (LNG) production capacity. During this time, KBR has been at the forefront of the LNG market with capabilities ranging from design and engineering services, to procurement and construction of LNG facilities.

KBR provided facility maintenance and construction services to the University of California's Los Alamos National Laboratory. This included laboratory, testing and research facilities covering 38 square miles, 47 separate technical areas and 2,224 individual facilities.
