For more than 30 years, KBR has enabled the tracking of seismic activity and biological, chemical and nuclear threats.
The word’s top government agencies trust us to help watch and safeguard some of our world’s most unpredictable environments and natural phenomena. From developing the system to identify hazardous weather systems and alerting those in danger to maintaining the Global Seismographic Network, KBR scientists and engineers are changing how we learn about our planet and protect those who inhabit it.
“KBR scientists and engineers are changing how we learn about our planet and protect those who inhabit it.”
In more than 30 years of experience, we have worked with government agencies such as the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), supporting their Earth science and data visualization operations. The full spectrum of capabilities covers solar and space plasma physics, astrophysics and astronomy, planetary studies, oceanography, seismology, geodynamics and solid Earth geophysics. KBR employees also support the acquisition, archival, processing, and distribution of remotely sensed land imagery from satellites that supports first responders, intelligence, agriculture, academia, and research communities.
