KBR’s Evidence Collection Archive & Retrieval Service (ECARS™) offers an integrated, secure IT solution to the U.S. federal government and DoD law enforcement organizations. KBR’s service platform is built using industry-leading commercial products from Panasonic, Microsoft and other key vendors.
ECARS™ provides end-to-end services for video evidence collection using vehicle-mounted dash cameras. KBR integrates the cameras, microphones and mobile computers, installed in General Services Administration (GSA) FedSLEVES-standard military police vehicles, with secure network, cloud application and data center services to provide a full life-cycle solution for video evidence management. ECARS™ is designed to meet FedRAMP High/DoD Impact Level 5 requirements to provide one of the most secure services available to U.S. government organizations.
KBR is the prime contractor for the U.S. Army Installation Management Command's (IMCOM) Mobile Federal Law Enforcement Enterprise Technology Service (M-FLEETS) program. For M-FLEETS, KBR and its partners leverage ECARS™ to provide a turnkey enterprise service for law enforcement mobile evidence collection, video analysis, and long-term archival, along with command and control capabilities.
