KBR are delighted to be an official event partner for Defence Procurement, Research, Technology & Exportability (DPRTE) on 23rd June at Farnborough International Centre where we will be speaking and exhibiting. DPRTE is the UK’s leading annual defence procurement and supply chain event and provides a unique opportunity for suppliers to engage with defence acquisition and supply chain.
Over the next decade the Ministry of Defence (MOD) is committed to spending over £186 billion on equipment and support. Defence has a major role to play in delivering the Government’s growth and enterprise agenda – the MOD accounts for over 40% of all central government spend with industry and its procurement activity includes some of the most complex and technologically advanced projects in the world. Bringing together over 1,500 key decision makers, this one-day event officially supported by the Ministry of Defence and provides a unique platform for both buyers and suppliers across the supply chain to engage across a range of interactive and educational features.
Following from the success of last year’s virtual event, as restrictions are lifted, this is the first time the event will be a hybrid format. Delegates can stream components from the physical live event via our interactive online platform, allowing a single collaborative experience both online and live. DPRTE 2021 will provide a unique platform for organizations of all sizes across the defence acquisition supply chain to connect and explore ways in which to work collaboratively, in order to bring in new and emerging capabilities in support of the current and future requirements of our Armed Forces.
KBR will be exhibiting on stand 32 where you can meet Government Solutions EMEA Director of Strategic Development Dougal Monk and talk with KBR colleagues about working with our Supply chain and procurement and how we deliver differently for Ministry of Defence and our customers.
