ASPIRE, one of our employee resource groups, is committed to the development of women leaders and the promotion of gender diversity at KBR. What began as one group in Houston has grown to multiple chapters with hundreds of members around the world. As a grassroots, employee-run initiative, its mission to build a business environment where all employees can thrive through a culture of respect and inclusivity. How this is accomplished is tailored to each geographic region using team building, training, guest speakers, panel discussions, mentoring and collaborative small group sessions.
