Ventures

Our Ventures segment develops, provides assistance in arranging financing for, makes equity and/or debt investments in and participates in managing entities owning assets generally from projects in which one of our other business segments has a direct role in engineering, construction, and/or operations and maintenance. The creation of the Ventures segment provides management focus on our investments in the entities that own the assets. Projects developed and under current management include government services, such as defense procurement and operations and maintenance services for equipment, military infrastructure construction and program management, toll roads and railroads, and energy and chemical plants.
