KBR Statement on FCPA

The settlement was and closes both a regrettable and unfortunate chapter in KBR's rich and storied history. We are now poised to move forward and we remain optimistic about KBR's future. The letter we received from the Army confirming that we will not face suspension from future government work as a result of the settlement, also confirms that we poised to continue with the work of providing our customers with the high-quality.

Conducting our business with the utmost integrity is at the core of the work KBR performs each day and that will of course continue.
