KBR Statement Regarding Iraq Water DOD-IG Report

KBR's commitment to the safety of all employees remains unwavering. KBR's production and treatment of water used by the troops and KBR's own personnel has met or exceeded all applicable military and contract standards. We have cooperated fully with the agencies and authorities involved in this review.

KBR has taken exception to many of the assertions made by the DOD-IG and we have provided our comments to the IG expressing our disagreement on several issues raised.
