KBR Statement Regarding Human Trafficking Allegations

KBR requires all employees to adhere to KBR's Code of Business Conduct, which includes training in Trafficking-in-Persons ("TIP") awareness. KBR also requires its subcontractors to confirm in writing that they adhere to the KBR Code of Business Conduct.

"When KBR becomes aware of allegations of unacceptable labor practices, KBR investigates and makes appropriate reports to the proper authorities. KBR then works with authorities to rectify the matter. At all times, KBR operates within the proper scope of its authority and consistent with all applicable laws and regulations.
