KBR Holds Annual Shareholders' Meeting
Houston, Texas - May 7, 2008 - KBR (NYSE:KBR) today held its annual shareholders' meeting in Houston. KBR Shareholders approved the following items at today's meeting:
- Election of three Class II Directors, John R. Huff, Lester L. Lyles and Richard J. Slater
- Ratification of the appointment of KMPG LLP to serve as the independent registered public accounting firm to audit the consolidated financial statements of KBR, Inc, for the year ending December 31, 2008
- KBR's 2009 Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
