Graduates and Students

Graduation day is just the first of many exciting steps along your career path. At KBR, you'll use your recently acquired knowledge to strengthen your skills, gain new insights and enhance your capabilities.

As a team member with less than four years of experience, you'll join our Graduate Development Program, which, in Australia, has been formally recognized by Engineers Australia. You'll be mentored by a senior professional, work in various departments throughout the company and receive assistance in achieving chartered status or other professional accreditation. You'll also receive technical training and participate in social activities with mentors, managers and other graduates.

Young Professionals with four to seven years' experience will continue to receive career support and opportunities to network with peers throughout KBR and across your professional field.
