KBR offers an extensive Technical Service Program to complement its fluid catalytic cracking (FCC) technology. Our aim is to help clients obtain the maximum benefits of the FCC process.
Our staff engineers, highly experienced in all areas of FCC technology, are available to respond to client needs. KBR maintains state-of-the-art pilot plants and analytical laboratory facilities to provide yield data for feedstock evaluations and catalyst comparisons. A well-proven computer model capable of analyzing unit operating data and generating yield and performance data is also available for FCC unit evaluations.

KBR provides technical services through a Technical Service Agreement, which range from on-call to full service support, depending on a client's particular need.
KBR's extensive FCC expertise allows us to deliver state-of-the-art commercial dynamic simulation tools with fully integrated model of FCC Reactor and Regenerator with proprietary yield and reaction kinetics. It provides extensive and versatile training functionalities including user configurable exercises, malfunction scenarios and full startup/shutdown.
