TCPN Contract Information

The TCPN (The Cooperative Purchasing Network) consists of member public and private schools, universities, cities, counties and other government entities throughout the U.S. that allow its members to join together to leverage purchases in order to acquire goods and services at lower prices.

KBR provides project management and a broad range of construction and emergency services for TCPN member facilities specifically for repair management, renovations and construction projects. KBR's Texas statewide TCPN contract covers more than 1,200 school districts, 270 universities and colleges, 254 counties, 347 municipalities and other state agencies.

KBR manages programs ranging from administration space, sports fields, and historical structures, to classrooms, and health, state, municipal and county facilities. Additionally, KBR provides the following services:

KBR TCPN Success Stories

  • Provided life safety ADA engineering and upgrades at San Jacinto Monument for Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, which preserved the historical appearance and we modernized the monument with sprinkler and alarm systems, and with an upgraded elevator.
  • Renovated City Hall in Brenham, Texas to temporarily house the city police department after mold was discovered in the police station; work was completed within a month.
  • Provided response and restoration construction services following Hurricanes Katrina, Rita and Ike.
  • Completed a new space for the Texas Tech University Health Science Center Pharmacy School in 12 weeks.
