KBR Named A Preferred Employer Among Women

KBR was ranked #46 in Woman Engineer Magazine’s 20th Annual “Top 50 Employers” list. This is the first year KBR has been featured on the magazines list, which was voted upon by readers. The readers of Woman Engineer magazine selected the top companies in the country for which they would most prefer to work or believe are progressive in hiring woman engineers.

KBR is proud of its diverse employee workforce, which contributes to the company’s success with new ideas and continued motivation. Their efforts do not go unnoticed and help us recognize the elements that will help us to continue to thrive in the future. The announcement comes on the heels of Women’s History Month in March and KBR’s month long internal celebration entitled Knowledge + Access = Progress (K.A.P), a series highlighting partnerships with purpose and the women of KBR.

Launched in 1979, Woman Engineer is the most widely read recruitment magazine for women engineers in the Nation. More than 56,000 professional women engineers at various levels in their careers read the magazine, which can be found at any accredited engineering schools.
